I can't, just package maintainer, not project, so I do not have the "rights" to do that.
It would be pointless, as Leap does not have the required pipewire version needed.

What you need to do, is make a new Leap16_pipewire-aptx package, that targets the correct version. The majority of users do not need this package, as it is only needed for those that have a bluetooh device that uses the aptx codec.
