Welcome to Packman Build Service PMBS

This is the build system of Packman, short name PMBS. It is an instance of the Open Build Service.

To create an account, please

1. sign up on the right side,
2. subscribe to the mailing list packman at links2linux dot de, and
3. send a mail to that list introducing yourself (preferably mentioning your username).

We will then activate your account. Please follow these steps in that order.
The open build system currently does not have a mechanism of notifying admin of newly created accounts, so we have to ask you to send a mail to the list.

The Open Build Service (OBS) is an open and complete distribution development platform that provides a transparent infrastructure for development of Linux distributions, used by openSUSE, MeeGo and other distributions. Supporting also Fedora, Debian, Ubuntu, RedHat and other Linux distributions.

The OBS is developed under the umbrella of the openSUSE project. Please find further information on the openSUSE Project wiki pages.

The above graphs show the number of active build jobs last week, currently 10 of 11 build hosts are busy building packages. At the moment 61 packages are waiting on the different architectures.

Packman Build Service PMBS hosts 769 projects, with 935 packages, in 727 repositories and is used by 877 confirmed developers.
