- Update "download_binary-addons.sh"
- Create "repo-binary-addons-Piers-disabled.txt" based on all
  available addons according to
  https://github.com/xbmc/repo-binary-addons/archive/Piers.tar.gz
- Rebuild "kodi.binary-addons.tar"
- Checking which ones fail results in the following list of addons
  to be uncommented from the list in
  "repo-binary-addons-Piers-disabled.txt"
  This is the list of failing addons atm:
    $ grep -v '^#' repo-binary-addons-Piers-disabled.txt 
    LICENSE - License dir
    audiodecoder.dumb - stub addon
    audiodecoder.openmpt - requires libopenmpt (https://openmpt.org)
    audiodecoder.sidplay - requires libsidplay2 which is disabled for > 13.1
    game.libretro - build issue
    game.libretro.2048 - build issue
    game.libretro.mrboom - build issue
    inputstream.ffmpegdirect - cannot find libavcodec/avcodec.h
    screensavers.rsxs - issues due to lots of sub-packages
    vfs.smb2
    visualization.milkdrop - Windows and DirectX addon
    visualization.milkdrop2 - Windows and DirectX addon
- Package builds successfully with cmake >= 4; remove any cmake3
  traces.

- Add BuildRequires:  gli-devel, glm-devel, libtiff-devel
- repo-binary-addons-Leia-disabled.txt: Add new file specific to the "Leia"
  branch for disabling addons which don't build.
- Disable imagedecoder.heif as it requires libde265 which we don't (yet) have.
- Disable screensavers.rsxs: Our latest version of glm-devel does not build
